If the prisoner really feels bad about it sincerely and wishes to be a better person and make a change, i think the prisoner deserves a chance. Everyone deserves a second chance in life. But, if they are going to repeat what they did, and if they did a really terrible thing that is not acceptable and very harsh and do not feel guilty about it and just smile, then they probably deserve it.

I don't know what to argue, but I guess if any prisoner got these kind of punishment then it means that they've done something that made them deserve it.
For me i think killing is wrong. But sometime there is an importance to doing it. I think that it is right to have this capital punishment. But sometimes, i think dying is just too easy. It is even better to let the prisoner suffer and think of what they have done in prison for their whole life rather than dying. So i think that the capital punishment should be whole life in prison rather than dying.
If capital punishment is clean and justice then the criminal deserve to get that punishment for what he have done. Sometimes I think the law is not harsh enough for some people.
well i think it depends some people are bad and they do bad thing, so maybe they deserve it. But sometimes good people who get caught in bad situations get messed up too.

I think that giving chances is good, everybody should get a second chance, but the truth is that something can't be forgiven. It is impossible to forgive a murderer who kill an innocent people. But still, i really like your idea of forgiving!! It is so nice!!

Thank you jump! I agree with you too. Some things are too much that they're just unforgivable. If a murderer suddenly gets out of jail he might do it again to other innocent people and that would be very sad.
