 I remember watching Chinese movie and that's exactly what one guy did to kill another guy. And that physically killed him. That guy really died.

 This quote is so true. The more you hate the person, the more they hate you too. I guess that's just like adding oil to the already burning fire. That doesn't stop the problem, but instead creates a bigger problem. It can only be stopped only when we stand firm on our goodness and wait until that person sees it.

 Yeah, the habit of doubt just creates problem and breaks relationship. Trust is the most important things in all relationship. Once you stop trusting what the other person says or does, that's the end of it.

 For me, I believe that once you can conquer yourself, it's like you can control yourself. You can control your focus, and once you can do that, you can do whatever you want to do. No one can make you sway away from your focus and no one can stop you from reaching your goals.
